Job Title - Property Project Manager


Facilities Project Manager - Field Based - Ideally based Westerham

An opportunity now exists for a customer-focused, team-spirited Facilities professional to support the implementation of Ricoh`s Property Strategy on an annual basis, to provide exciting, professional and cross functional working environments in line with the Corporate Blueprint. Key responsibilities of the role will include, to provide dedicated time and project management services to develop prioritized projects in line with agreed project specification. You will have responsibility for all general building projects, of all sizes from planning to completion and to agreed deadlines and ensure that all project related factors, such as capacity, usage, access, services, etc are considered to ensure all aspects of the property strategy are adhered to.

Successful candidate will be expected to provide successful, practical, cost effective solutions to resolve space issues that arise within the business and be responsible for the Development, implementation and Maintenance of DR plans for all Ricoh UK and Ireland Properties.

Other key responsibilities will be the Project Management of all Dilapidations` works as required by the business, to satisfactory "handback" at the completion of Lease Agreement. Project Management of Statutory Compliance issues Nationally including:-

Fixed Installation Testing
Appliance Testing
Roof Works
CCTV Installation
New A/C Installation

You will also be responsible for implementation of construction design management ( CDM) and ensure safe delivery of all projects in conjunction with the CDM co-ordinator.

Candidates wishing to apply for the post will need to have extensive Project Management Experience, with Facilities expertise a necessity, experience of Man Management is compulsory alongside the ability to successfully work to tight deadlines imposed by the business.

You must possess an excellent aptitude for negotiation of contracts, and proven effective contract management with a dedicated, focused, professional approach to business and be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
