The role

As an Broadband Tech Expert, you'll transform confusion into comprehension. On top of strong technical diagnostic skills, you'll also be a real people person. Not only will you make sure everything works properly, but you'll be a charismatic communicator who can simply and clearly explain to customers how it all works. And as you'll be visiting them in their homes, it's important that you're highly organised, self-driven and can manage your own time too.

The perks

By the time you visit your first customer, you'll be an expert on all things broadband. You'll have a real thirst to learn, and our best in class training will get you completely up to speed on how everything works from end-to-end. We'll also give you a free Sky Q package, an excellent pension scheme, private health care and a share save scheme. There's a range of other benefits available.
