Job Title - Cyber Security Service Manager

Job Description

Providing a Service Management single point of contact for all BDS Cyber delivered services in scope and in line with ITIL best practice ensuring efficient & effective delivery to end customers, supporting the profitability of Atos and developing services aligned with the needs of the business and its customers.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

*Technology ◦High level understanding of technical concepts for services delivered by the team
◦Reports information and metrics
◦Manages any electronic documentation
◦Provide professional and technical advice to projects and the service delivery work undertaken by the area

*People ◦There may be line management or deputising responsibilities as part of this role

*Customer ◦Manage customer escalations
◦Attend and provide input to customer service reviews
◦Interface with Customer Service Managers to ensure customer satisfaction with services delivered
◦Identify and manage technical and business change within the service and customer base
◦Develop and maintain effective relationships with key customer contacts, internal delivery units and 3rd party suppliers

*Business ◦To provide a single point of contact for services in scope
◦Manage the delivery of services to service level targets, including monitoring performance and reporting
◦◦Participation in high severity and major incidents as per Atos processes
◦Contribution to and accountability for major incident reviews ensuring all necessary actions are undertaken to rectify and prevent recurrence of any major incident
◦Assist in identification of business opportunities
◦Assist business development by creating/supporting detailed business cases for changes to services and participation in the IT investment process
*Financial ◦Financial management of services in scope, includes creation, understanding and management of cost base and recovery of charges
◦Seek opportunities to lower the cost of ownership for services in scope, includes technology, process and people
◦Manage the delivery of services with suppliers (Atos or third party) to ensure that quality of service and cost effectiveness is maintained

*Outputs and Deliverables ◦Provide service documentation for use within the team and external to the team
◦Delivery of service to SLAs
◦Monthly management reports
◦Analysis of key performance indicators, providing input to improvement plans and delivery of associated tasks
◦Documentation of Processes associated with responsible services
◦Provide input to and ensure progress against risk, issues and improvements registers

Job Requirements

Essential Skills

*SC Security Clearance (capable)
*Born in UK or EU (Customer Security Clearance Requirement)
*Fluent English language Oral and Written skills
*Able to communicate with stakeholders on a day to day basis via telephone, email and face to face.

*Core experience in ITIL service delivery
*ITIL Foundation Certified or equivalent
*Deep customer & delivery experience
*Experience of crisis management and providing leadership in such situations
*Timely decision making and decision quality
*Management and business process skills and abilities;
*Communication skills - both written and verbal;
*Build good relationships with key stakeholders;
*Can make informed decisions on selection and execution of all relevant approaches across a wide field, either in a management or advisory capacity.
*Demonstrates leadership skills on a regular basis.
*Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with subordinates, colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally.
*High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
*Ability to organise and prioritise work in an effective manner
Ability to work under pressure and remain decisive
Desirable Skills
*A detailed understanding of cyber security topics, the latest trends and threats
*ITIL Expert certification
*Information Security certification
